Company summary · Brief

Company overview & fundamentals

Research, data, and analysis from the active Disney work object, organized into a compact decision record. Every figure below retains its basis and capture date.

What the run says

The Ledger records twenty three research claims carried by thirty seven connected modules. One market-cap fork remains unresolved rather than being forced into a single answer.

Financial snapshot

Share price $104.67; enterprise value $232.1B; net debt $42.6B; trailing EV / EBITDA 9.6x; FY2025 reported EPS $6.85.

Management & business

Company History, 10-K Reader, CEO Analysis, Earnings Prep, and Meeting Prep carry the qualitative record used in the full Deep Dive.

Valuation & market

Financial Modeling, Valuation Engine, Cheap Or Not, Chart Engine, Market View, and Trading View carry the dated quantitative and market context.

Selected evidence · Brief

Financial charts & valuation

The compact view carries only decision-relevant figures and the unresolved status that materially changes their interpretation.

Claim selected for proof

Every adjustment, and nothing that does not move the number. The supporting Flipbook page is reproduced on the following page.

Quantitative screen · Methodology

Evidence coverage by research function

The screen ranks research traceability. A module earns points for a listed address, a mapped claim, and a captured proof panel. An address alone does not confirm a recent run. It does not rank securities or imply expected return.

PASS

Listed address and mapped claim; the module can be followed back to the work object. This does not certify a current run.

WATCH

One traceability component is missing or the claim remains unsupported by a proof panel.

UNPROVEN

No mapped claim or no listed address. The row remains visible rather than being promoted.

Evidence score

Address 40 points, mapped claim 40 points, proof panel 20 points. Scores describe the estate record only.

Find a company or ETF

One question, put to two modules on one morning.

Instrument recognition and report availability are separate. Generate a new report for a selected company or ETF above. Disney figures and sample downloads remain withheld for other instruments.

The disagreement

The estate

Drag across it. Every light is a claim above or a module below.

The instrument

Two modules answered this. Take the handle and see which answer your own count produces.

Shares outstanding, the one input both of them used

A difference of a different kind.

Three earnings figures that do not match. These are not in conflict. Each answers a separate question, and a page that called this a disagreement would be trading on nobody looking closely. The distance between this and the fork above is the whole of the method.

Each of the three is correct on its own basis, and the basis is the fact worth carrying. Nothing above is reconciled here, and the fork will not be reconciled at all until one of the two branches can account for itself.

Twenty three lines

One company, read twenty three ways. Every figure below carries the basis it came from.

One run through, in order.

Six modules, taken in the sequence the work actually happens. Each step assumes the one before it.

The outstanding fact is the extreme precariousness of the basis of knowledge on which our estimates of prospective yield have to be made. J M Keynes, The General Theory, 1936
Every banker knows that if he has to prove that he is worthy of credit, however good may be his arguments, in fact his credit is gone. Walter Bagehot, Lombard Street, 1873

On the figures

Every number on this page came out of a module run and carries the date it was made. None of it is a live quote. A figure goes stale the way a printed page goes stale, and the remedy is to run the module again, not to swap the number underneath the claim.

Where an artifact has been touched, the caption says what was done to it. Cropping, colour and resolution are the whole of it. No figure has been changed, added or removed, and none will be.

Where two modules disagree, the page shows both and names the basis of each. The disagreement is the useful part. It is also the part most research quietly resolves before you see it.
